In this series, I will write about South Indian Food – Typically Telugu food

#SouthieSaga – Laddoo

Make a thick dough of  Gram Flour, Saffron Strands, some Crushed Cardamom and a pinch of edible Camphor

Place a perforated  sieve over hot oil, take a spoonful of batter, gently pour and stir making droplets, not an easy labour

Fry these drops of batter till golden brown, add them to thick sugar syrup to be flavoured

Make round balls after adding Fried Raisins, Cashews and Kopra, the Laddoo is now ready to be devoured
