In this series, I will write about South Indian Food – Typically Telugu food

#SouthieSaga – Oottappam

Take the thick, left over batter of Dosa or Idly

Get ready to make some Oottappam deadly

Chop some onions, tomatoes, carrots, chillies and fresh coriander

Heat a flat pan, gently spread the batter

Add the chopped vegetables, oiling the corner

turn it over and plate it up with coconut chutney and sambar
